What does Peace mean?
Peace for me must always be related to the idea of
self-realization and thusly the collective and individual level of human
evolution and experience on the planet.
As we become more self-aware through the exploration of our own minds,
hearts and souls, and experience ever higher levels of thought and
consciousness through prayer, meditation, yoga, self-analysis, deeds,
(whatever your
preferred method is), we come to understand that all our actions have an
impact on every other facet of life (the biosphere, the atmosphere,
plants, animals, resources, people, cultures).
There is nothing anyone can do, action or change that will not affect
something or someone else in someway. With this in mind, all our
decisions and experiences are thusly interconnected and ultimately, at a
very deep level, we are all united, scientifically, spiritually, and
philosophically.
So then, peace for me is the realization of unity and the movement
towards actions and decisions that benefit the individual and collective
existence. Peace is a process and a state of mind, rather than an end
goal. That there is an
end goal to anything is a moot point.
Peace is also unique to every individual person living everywhere and
just as well because the Universe abhors sameness. All that ever was, is
and will be has always erred on the side of diversity and unique
character.
However, we are bound by one thing. The community of our existence. This
unity makes us all equally responsible for the welfare of others. We can
choose (or not) to help foster a brighter world. After all, if we are
all connected in
someway, not pursuing thoughts, words and deeds that evolve us and
contribute towards peace would be akin to shooting our own foot.
There is one last logical idea in this small rambling. Peace, if a state
of mind in an ongoing process, unique to everyone due to collective
diversity, must give rise to the greatest of all creative energies due
to the realization of self and ultimate oneness. In fact, it is
extremely hard to experience peace without the greatest of all creative
energies.
With self-realization comes Love. With unity comes Love. With peace
comes Love. But does Love come first or last? Is it endemic to the
process? I think the true answer lies within the unique
consciousness of every individual everywhere. It is up to you. You
choose where love comes. You choose when to open that door.

Time.
(
Inspired from the song Time by Enya. )
What is time? It is the way that we measure our lives, it is the way we see ourselves, we try and put back the clock of time by wanting to live as long as we can, to look as young as we can, for as long as we can. But where does the look of experience go if it is not notched on our faces, the character of a persons life is etched on their faces if we get rid of this what have we got left, just a shell without any life experiences to show to the world, our inner beauty. Only God knows what is ahead for us, we try and see into the future, but why, we cannot do anything about it, so we should live our lives in a loving and happy way without worrying about our outer shell.
Time is a healer they say, as time goes by it helps to soften the hurt of losing a loved one you never forget them, but time does softens the hurt and you learn to live with your personal loss. A loss of a loved one is traumatic, whether they pass into the higher life, or choose another pathway in their lives, their physical self is no longer with you, but their spiritual essence is, the times you have had together cannot be taken away from you it is part of your earthly journey, by remembering the good times you had with them not the bad, time will be no barrier to the mind, let yourself have time for contemplation sit in a quiet place you are comfortable with and let your mind drift to the memory of your loved ones, they will be with you. Send thoughts of love to them it will help.
We count time by hours and minutes, God counts time by the way we live our lives, time is relevant to the now, what has passed should stay in the past, by bringing it into the now you are not healing, not allowing it to heal but allowing the past to affect the now and the future. Just say to yourselves “ That was then, This is now. “ It will help to bring perspective into your life.
Time is something scientists are still trying to work out, but why, some things are best left alone, and accepted for what they are. Don’t rush around trying to get everything done in a day, there is always another day. Pace your life to your own speed, don’t try and emulate others it is not you, be yourself and live in your own definition of time, everyone has their own life experiences and they all differ from each one. Just live your life in a way that is right for you, don’t worry about the past or the future live for today in a loving and harmonies way and all will be well.
As you reflect back in time you see the wonder of life, and be able to see that God has a hand in everything you do. God loves you and wants the best for you, in time by being loving to each other all will come to you, perhaps not in a material sense but in a spiritual sense where you will reap all the good you have sown, and what you have done for others will be your reward.
Let your spirit guide you, Let your heart be full of love, Enabling you to live your life in a joyful and serene way.

WHITE EAGLE
"There is no restriction on a person's soul other than that which it places upon itself.....Therefore think of having a pair of wings on your shoulders, of a winged disc, the latter being the symbol of the sun; and the sun, of course, being the Christ Spirit; the wings, indicating the power of the soul to fly—to rise above your limitations. Philosophy from Two Crows
If you imagine standing on the edge of an ocean, consider what you see in front of you. The vast expanse of water in front of you stretches as far as the eye can see; there is the horizon and nothing more beyond... or is there? We know from prior knowledge that there is more, even though it is not visible at that moment - even though we cannot see it, we can imagine it for we know it to be so. Yet how often do we stretch that which we know to be true, to imagine more - to expand on our current knowledge? Perhaps therefore we should take time to explore that horizon - to make moves to discover more of what lies beyond. We know that although the ocean is vast it is not infinite; it is broken by land - by islands, by other parts of the World. What of our own horizons, beyond our own vision? At times we may feel that there is nothing but the ebb and flow of our own tides - our emotions, our experiences and that all we are aware of is all that there is. Yet we know that there is more and we each have our own horizons to explore, to investigate, to bring together all that we believe to be beyond the horizon just out of sight with that which we have never even dreamed of.
Thus discoveries are made, knowledge is expanded and we know that we have reached beyond our own limitations as we perceive them, beyond all that we are familiar with - to embrace the unknown and to journey beyond those boundaries.Within the expanse of the ocean of knowledge that wed can see are hidden depths that create boundaries and new experiences as much as reaching beyond the horizons - for even in what we can see immediately in front of us are other aspects to be explored and the unknown to learn about - to delve into. How far we go towards the horizon - for there is always a horizon ahead - and how deep we go to explore is for us to decide. We are the decision-makers in our own adventures and explorations, and although we may sometimes share that horizon with others, all that is found along the way is ours alone and will be different for everyone. See the ocean ahead of you - for it is the ocean of possibilities.'Til we meet again...

Be
Positive
We talk about things being positive and we talk about things being negative, well when I was in school we were taught that the sign of being positive was a plus, and the sign for negative was just a dash, if you have a plus sign you are adding, if you have the minus sign you are taking away, so remember whenever you are positive you are adding, you are adding your own energies to that great pool of energies in the heavens, that can be used for every good purpose, not only in this physical world, but in other worlds also, and especially in the spirit world. When you are negative you are taking away from that pool, and that energy is just wasted, so always try to be positive always try to add never take away, because when you add according to the law you add to yourself also, as you give, so you receive.
Whenever you take away, there is nothing
to give, nothing to receive.

Life.
Life is a canvas that the artist has not began to work with, it has a living entity of its own. As the years go by, the canvas is impressed with life's experiences and lesson’s which can be good or bad, happy or sad. How the balance is reached depends on the artist who is you, you may stand back and look at the canvas on an easel and judge what would inspire you to put there, or you may sit and have the canvas on your lap near you. Both ways are equal. It is well to stand back and study the outlay, but you could miss seeing the detail, as the canvas can give you the wrong prospective on what the ultimate picture will be. Again you may see the detail and be able to feel at one with the nearness of the canvas being on your lap, but will miss the whole picture, it is for you to decide how you balance the way your canvas of life is filled.
By looking and feeling the world around you. You will see there is colour in everything even the water we drink, you may say it is colourless but if you go to the source of the water you will see colour in it. By sitting and looking quietly into its heart, the greens, blues, browns, greys, and white, and many more colours will be there in the image of the earth. sky, plantation, soil, reflecting into the water.
Then
the emotion of the elements serve to add another dimension, making the
water bubble, the air forming a spectrum of colour within the bubble, the
force of the magnetic properties causing it to rush it's endless journey
to the sea. Causing the colour white to emerge in it's foam, to meet the white and grey of the clouds,
The colours of your canvas are the essence of you, each one allowing you to use your heart and mind in a way that will enhance your lives, be prudent in how you paint your canvas, but enjoy your life as it is meant to be. Have fun, bring in the colours of your enjoyment share them, and be happy with the picture you create, bring in the love and be what God intended you to be. Loving, Caring, in Harmony with yourself, and Happy.

A friend of mine opened his wife's underwear drawer and
picked up a silk paper wrapped package: "This, - he said -
isn't any ordinary package. "He unwrapped the box and stared at
both the silk paper and the box. "She got this the first time
we went to New York, 8 or 9 years ago. She has never put it on. Was
saving it for a special occasion. Well, I guess this is it. He got near
the bed and placed the gift box next to the other clothing he was
taking to the funeral house, his wife had just died. He turned to me and
said: "Never save something for a special occasion. Every day in
your life is a special occasion".
I still think those words changed my life. Now I read
more and clean less. I sit on the porch without worrying about anything.
I spend more time with my
family, and less at work. I understood that life should be a source of
experience to be lived up to, not survived through. I no longer keep
anything. I use crystal glasses every day. I'll wear new clothes to go
to the supermarket, if I feel like it. I don't save my special
perfume for special occasions, I use it whenever I want to. The words
"Someday..." and "One Day..." are fading away from
my dictionary. If it's worth seeing, listening or doing, I want to see,
listen or do it now. I don't know what my friend's wife would have done
if she knew she wouldn't be there the next morning, this nobody can
tell. I think she might have called her relatives and closest friends.
She might call old friends to make peace over past quarrels. I'd like to
think she would go out for Chinese, her favourite food.
It's these small things that I would regret not doing,
if I knew my time had come. I would regret it, because I would no longer
see the friends I would meet, letters that I wanted to write
"One of these days". I would regret and feel sad,
because I didn't say to my family and friends, not times enough at
least, how much I love them. Now, I try not to delay, postpone or keep
anything that could bring laughter and joy into our lives. And, on each
morning, I say to myself that this could be a special day. Each day,
each hour, each minute, is special.
If you got this, it's because someone cares for you and because,
probably, there's someone you care about. If you're too busy to send
this out to other people and you say to yourself that you will send it
"One of these days", remember that "One day" is far
away... or might never come.. .
